Recently we went through a significant launch of our web apps, as a global company about to launch into the stock exchange we needed to ensure that our products were well tested. We are Charitable Trust operating the outdoor educational camp situated on Motutapu Island, Auckland, New Zealand. Due to our geo-logical location on a small island, we required a supplier to provide solid and reliable remote support fulfilling our IT needs. Whenever, we have an issue, we simply need to log a ticket, and their team proactively deal with the issue. There have been instances when we required someone urgently, and one of their engineers are always there to help (even after-hours). They are polite, professional, and explain the issues are, fix them and advise us how to avoid them in future. We never felt that we had to compromise on the support considering our relatively remote location, which makes them an excellent IT provider for us. We are very pleased with the services provided by Stream-line and highly recommend them for companies and other entities that are looking to have a piece of mind, while they manage IT issues.
